Job Description
This individual will be using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel daily. They will be answering a few calls as they come in, but the phone system is easy to learn. This is a 2nd shift position from 3 PM to 11 PM. The role involves working with monitors in an office-based area, fielding incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate departments (police, ER, etc.) or internal employees. Additionally, they will be responsible for adding service tickets. The central station serves as the main hub for incoming calls. There will be 6 weeks of training with the manager, after which they can expect a dollar to two dollars increase in pay.

Casual work environment for the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. Employees can dress casually (jeans and a shirt). A four-day work week is provided once a month. This is a UL certified workplace, so two people need to be on-site at the same time. Great benefits are offered once converted, along with competitive pay and annual salary reviews.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
