**Job Description Summary** Dev-Sec-Ops principle embodies the fusion of development, security, and operations, representing a pivotal role in the modern software development lifecycle. As a leader one should champion the integration of security principles and practices from the outset, ensuring that robust security measures are baked into applications and infrastructure. By bridging traditional silos, he/she should facilitate continuous delivery pipelines that are both efficient and secure, enabling organizations to swiftly adapt to changing markets while maintaining a strong security posture. Automating security protocols within the CI/CD process, fostering a culture of security awareness, and proactively addressing vulnerabilities to mitigate risks. As catalysts for organizational resilience, he/she should enable a paradigm shift towards secure, agile, and collaborative software development. Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Job Responsibilities:** + **Enable effective data and analytics governance:** Suggest who can take what actions with what information, and under what circumstances. Assist data and analytics leaders, and business and IT leadership in developing information governance processes and structures. + **Manage risk:** Aid the definition of data classifications and data zoning to allow information assets to be immediately identified and proactively managed as more information becomes federated in a digital economy. + **Secure data and analytic assets:** Aid in the analysis of data and analytics security requirements and solutions, and work with the chief information security officer (CISO) [and CDO] to ensure that enterprise data and analytics assets are treated as protected assets. **Minimum Qualifications and Experience:** + Dev-Sec-Ops principle embodies the fusion of development, security, and operations, representing a pivotal role in the modern software development lifecycle. + As a leader one should champion the integration of security principles and practices from the outset, ensuring that robust security measures are baked into applications and infrastructure. + By bridging traditional silos, this individual should facilitate continuous delivery pipelines that are both efficient and secure, enabling organizations to swiftly adapt to changing markets while maintaining a strong security posture. + Automating security protocols within the CI/CD process, fostering a culture of security awareness, and proactively addressing vulnerabilities to mitigate risks. + As catalysts for organizational resilience, this role should enable a shift in thinking towards secure, agile, and collaborative software development. + This includes, but is not limited to, technology platforms such as: Azure cloud environments, SAP HANA. + Familiarity with current landscape is a plus: Hadoop, HIVE, SPARK, DataBricks, data virtualization solutions, Power BI, MS Fabric, Networking, storage area networks, security operations, Widows/Linux/UNIX servers, load balancers, firewalls and virtual machine technologies, + 15+ yrs **technical cloud management with exposure to following platforms** Azure, Databricks, Immuta for Dev-Sec-Infra Ops + Min 10+ years of experience in Azure cloud computing and design. + Min 5+ years of experience in Databricks. + Experience with DataBricks unity catalog is a must. + Extensive experience in Databricks administration with a strong foundation in Azure cloud architecture. + Expertise in DevOps IAC practices and tools for efficient resource management. + Proficiency in SQL, Python, and YAML for scripting and automation. + Leading the design and implementation of comprehensive security strategies + By integrating security measures into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure secure coding practices and the early detection of vulnerabilities. + Automating security processes to reduce manual oversight and to streamline security within the development lifecycle. + Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Collaborating with development and operations teams to create and maintain a secure infrastructure for software deployment. + Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. + Training and guiding development teams on standard methodologies for secure coding and the importance of security in the DevOps process. + Responding to and mitigating security incidents and participating in post-mortem analysis to prevent future occurrences. + Keeping abreast of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and controls, and incorporating new security technologies into the organization's practices. + Facilitating communication between security, development, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to security. + Designing and implementing secure network architectures, storage solutions, and application environments. + Mentoring and developing the DevSecOps team and promoting a security-first mentality across the organization by creating and managing access control mechanisms to safeguard against unauthorized access to critical systems. **Roles & Responsibilities Generic Managerial Skills:** + At least 15 years of experience in Analysis, Design and Development of various Data Warehousing initiatives + Strong experience in documenting business requirements, functional, technical specifications, and test cases. + Capable of Leading a team of 5-8 developers as well as working as a Team Member with minimum supervision. + Flexible to adapt to any new environment with a strong desire to keep pace with the latest technologies. **Education and Skills:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; master’s degree a plus.
