We are looking for a data protection analyst with a passion for privacy and data protection, to manage ongoing compliance activities. This role reports to the Manager, Data Privacy Programs and will support aspects of corporate Data Privacy Compliance programs

 

Key Responsibilities

Support the Data Protection Officer, Data Privacy Programs as required in the delivery of the Data Protection Program Document and evaluate data processing activities Work closely with IT, Sales, Product, and other teams to create/implement tools, automation, training, to improve data privacy protections and ensure end-to-end data privacy compliance. Evaluate 3RD party risk assessment about processors, sub-processors and related data protection activities Maintain records to support the data protection compliance project (and audits where necessary) Participate in the implementation and embedding the data governance organizational model Manage the compliance tools and systems for data security and compliance Work with the business and technical stakeholders, providing advice and guidance on data quality standards to support delivery of workstreams and projects
