We are seeking a talented Data Privacy Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing current situations, identifying data privacy risks, and developing strategic solutions to ensure ongoing compliance.

Work mode:

Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remotely.

Key Duties:

Tracking and reporting data purging activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyzing GDPR requests for consistency, identifying blocking points, and monitoring progress and purging efforts. Managing outstanding data purging tasks by assisting managers in reviewing their customer portfolios. Coordinating mass employee data purges, including submission to the Ariadne control console and progress tracking. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data privacy strategies. Conducting audits and gap analyses to identify and mitigate data privacy risks proactively.

Requirements:

Proficiency in French (communicative level), you'll collaborate with the GDPR team and Business Representatives located in France. A strong desire to drive transformational change by advising clients on adapting to new realities regarding data privacy and responsibility. Proven experience in data privacy frameworks, including GDPR or similar regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, including familiarity with data purging processes. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
