Your Responsibilities:


• Supporting the seamless integration of the European Radiopharmacy business into the Siemens Healthineers Data Privacy Management System.
• Ensuring the proper implementation of internal Data Privacy Guidelines, Instructions, and Directives.
• Providing hands-on support in defining legal data privacy requirements and embedding them into business operations across Siemens Healthineers Radiopharmacy sites in Portugal, France, Italy, Spain, and Germany.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and country-specific data privacy laws, including documentation and transparency obligations (in close alignment with local Data Privacy Coordinators/Officers and/or colleagues from the local Legal department).
• Conducting general and topic-specific training sessions for business units and management on data privacy topics.
• Performing data privacy assessments and driving mitigation projects where necessary.
• Supporting local Data Privacy Coordinators/Officers in reporting data privacy matters to senior management.
• Upholding Siemens Healthineers’ core values, such as integrity, respect, and reliability.


Your Profile:


• Strong project management skills and experience in leading M&A-related integration projects, ideally with a focus on Data Privacy.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Privacy laws, supported by a degree in Law or Economics, or extensive professional experience in a data privacy role.
• Willingness to acquire knowledge of local data privacy regulations relevant to the Siemens Healthineers Radiopharmacy business, particularly in Portugal, Spain, Italy, and France.
• Previous experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences sector is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or French is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel to relevant sites across Southern Europe (approximately 10 times per year).
• Confidence and strong communication skills to effectively convey legal topics and their business implications to senior management.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and set the right priorities.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach to navigating complex data privacy requirements.
