Work you'll do/Responsibilities + The Commerce Data Foundations Product Manager will think from the ground up about data as a business abstraction layer. This role will require you to work closely with global and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Program Management, and other Product Managers. You will evolve cross-functional alignment on data contracts that deliver strong business value and deliver to those contracts. Day to day duties include participating in data discovery workshops, working with upstream/downstream data teams to build business analytics, and project manage the building of data products. + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management + Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes The Team As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum. Qualifications Required + 10+ years of product management experience in building business analytics + Experience with data contracting and ability to write the specs of a data contract (e.g., data element names, descriptions, etc.) + Technical background and deep comfort in technical architecture + Exposure to building data products that respect customer privacy + Communication and facilitation skills + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Seattle Washington to commute to client office twice a week Preferred + Experience in e-commerce and subscriptions + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision + Excellent Written and Communication Skills + Ability to deliver technical demonstrations The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 to $210,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
