The primary responsibility of the temporary Purchasing Coordinator will be to manage the stock administration and provide administrative support to Purchasing. You will also need to process manual transactions and transfers of goods to other Sensient sites.

What you’ll do:

Review data sets of Raw Materials being transferred to Sweet & Beverage Business Unit from Savoury Business UnitAscertain appropriate safety stocks of transferred raw materialsLiaise with suppliers of transferred raw materialsReview inventory levels of transferred raw materialsSupport the Materials Manager with general administration of transferring raw materials

Similar work experience in stock/data management/processingFamiliar with ERP systems and stock control proceduresPurchasing responsibilities and dealing with suppliersExcellent communication skillsIntermediate knowledge of Excel
