Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with data owners and IT teams to establish data quality standards and metrics. Work with business stakeholders to define data quality requirements and conduct data quality assessments. Develop and manage data quality controls to ensure the completeness, validity and consistency of data and identify trends and risk factors that may impact stakeholders and the organization. Build data transformation and cleansing routines to standardize data and eliminate errors. Perform data enrichment and cleanup based on business rules and logic. Maintain documentation of data quality issues and corrective actions taken. Participate in audits of data control processes as needed, to identify and rectify data discrepancies or anomalies. Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, reporting and metrics to provide insights to stakeholders and identify / correct data discrepancies or anomalies. Oversee remediation of Data Controls, including participating in root cause analyses, review & challenge of prioritization, criticality, and remedial actions.
