**Data Quality Analyst SME - U.S. Citizenship Required** **Category:** Business Consulting, Strategy and Digital Transformation **Main location:** United States, Virginia, Fairfax **Position ID:** J0225-0524 **Employment Type:** Full Time **Position Description:** CGI Federal is currently seeking a Data Quality Analyst SME with to support a data cleanup project for a federal government client. You will play a pivotal role in readying our client’s data for conversion to a new financials system. You will collaborate with our prime contractor and provide subject matter expertise in the area of federal government financials. This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Support our client to maintain focus on critical path for data quality • Data quality analysis efforts will be focused on activities which are highly relevant to migration and will advance migration readiness efforts • Assist our client in identifying metrics for development to be prioritized by our client • Coordinate with our client to identify and agree on the SL- GL anomalies to be analyzed for data-related decisions. Some examples include: Open Obligation SL-GL; Open Payables SL-GL; Receiving Tickets and Accounts Payable. Specifically, compare the AP status and the RT status against the required fields; Received vs Qty Remaining vs. Status; Compare Partial Receipts (Open Quantities) to Obligations; Identify common and non-common Vendor records across all Components, using UEI, TIN, CAGE fields. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Federal financials professional with a focus on data preferred • In-depth understanding of Federal financials and Federal procurement solutions • Strong knowledge of ERP systems is preferred • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $214,800.00.
