Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Sr Lead Analyst (Hybrid)
The Data Quality Analytics & Reporting Sr Lead Analyst strategically follows the latest trends and adapts them for application to Global Legal Affairs in coordination with the Data Quality Analytics & Reporting team. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. This position is responsible for delivery of data quality services across the Global Legal Affairs (GLA). Manage continuous improvement of data quality by overseeing Legal and CSIS DQ controls, setting parameters and guidelines for measurement, evaluation, adoption, and communications of data quality and data quality risk. Responsible for data tracing where required and testing, as well as the design, execution and monitoring of data quality metrics. Work alongside data-producing teams in the business to monitor and control authoritative data sources and remediate data concerns. Ensure sound, reliable, consistent information exists across the organization to support business processes and services. Utilize techniques such as data visualization, warehousing, data mapping, data processing, data cleansing, defining & establishing DQ management BAU activities, and data tracking to assess and improve effectiveness of deployed situations and enable better management, business decision-making within the organization and the following: **Responsibilities:** + Directs key initiatives within the Global Legal Affairs (GLA) in partnership with other global functions, Technology teams and CDO through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements + Lead and handles resource allocation of work on key projects/ initiatives and professional functional development + Deals with complex and highly variable issues / escalations with substantial potential business impact + Applies ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations + Acts as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level personnel in the business processes and procedures of Legal and CSIS + Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions + Influences strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services that have direct impact on the business or function + Designs/analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements + Uses broad discretion in developing solutions for broad-based business reporting issues + Leads reengineering efforts in business's methodology, strategy, and organizational goals + Applies/demonstrates advanced understanding of processes, procedures, and policies for the aligned business or function + Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving both GLA and enterprise objectives + Automation, controls & process efficiency mindset **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry is preferred + Experience / Certifications in Agile Methodology preferred + Experience monitoring and managing Data Quality on an ongoing basis, including identifying and resolving issues; executing against Data Quality strategies and policies + Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels + Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives + Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels + Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
