Work to identify data quality issues, determine the root cause of the issues, and develop and implement strategies to address them. Additionally, they will build and maintain documentation around data methodologies and processes within existing and new dashboards and reporting. This role will collaborate closely with the data warehouse developers and data architects to identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure the integrity of Enhabit's data analytics reporting. Collaborates cross functionally to ensure the reliability and usability of data.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, statistics, information management, or a relevant field is required or
equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of degree requirements.Minimum of four years of experience related to data quality, analytics, statistics, or information
management is preferred.Must have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power Automate or similar tools is preferred.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.Previous experience in a home health or hospice setting is preferred.Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence.Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve
Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other
position objectives.
