You will play a critical role in **managing data strategy projects, collaborating across asset classes, and implementing governance best practices.** **🔹 Key Responsibilities:** ✅ Develop and execute **IT work plans, schedules, and project roadmaps** ✅ Partner with **senior stakeholders** to track and manage project deliverables ✅ **Improve data quality processes** , automation, and governance frameworks ✅ Analyze **data quality exceptions** , identify root causes, and implement solutions ✅ Ensure compliance with **regulatory requirements and data management standards** ✅ Prepare and present insights to **senior leadership and cross-functional teams** ✅ Drive **continuous process improvements** and recommend strategic enhancements **🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:** ✔ **6+ years** of experience in a **data-related technology role** ✔ Strong **SQL skills** (writing queries, reviewing stored procedures) ✔ Experience in **Database, Reporting & Analytics** ✔ **Issue tracking & governance tools** like JIRA/HPQC (a plus) ✔ Proven **stakeholder management and team leadership** skills ✔ **Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset** with problem-solving capabilities ✔ **Excellent communication and collaboration skills** 🎓 **Education:** + **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in a relevant field This is a **high-impact role** where you will drive meaningful data governance and quality improvements across a global financial institution.
