**๐น About the Role:**
We are seeking a **Data Quality Project Manager** to join our **Data Quality and Governance team** within **Operations & Technology.** This role will focus on driving **data architecture, governance frameworks, and data quality initiatives** to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across data flows. You will play a critical role in **managing data strategy projects, collaborating across asset classes, and implementing governance best practices.**
**๐น Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and execute **IT work plans, schedules, and project roadmaps**
โ
Partner with **senior stakeholders** to track and manage project deliverables
โ
**Improve data quality processes** , automation, and governance frameworks
โ
Analyze **data quality exceptions** , identify root causes, and implement solutions
โ
Ensure compliance with **regulatory requirements and data management standards**
โ
Prepare and present insights to **senior leadership and cross-functional teams**
โ
Drive **continuous process improvements** and recommend strategic enhancements
**๐น Required Skills & Qualifications:**
โ **6+ years** of experience in a **data-related technology role**
โ Strong **SQL skills** (writing queries, reviewing stored procedures)
โ Experience in **Database, Reporting & Analytics**
โ **Issue tracking & governance tools** like JIRA/HPQC (a plus)
โ Proven **stakeholder management and team leadership** skills
โ **Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset** with problem-solving capabilities
โ **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**

+ **Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree** in a relevant field
