Job Overview and Responsibilities

 

Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities.  We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.

The incumbent will be the referent regarding performance indicators for the Service Unit, and will ensure the compliance of the services delivered.

The person will be responsible to drive the performance indicators, ensure their global consistency and to monitor progress versus the ambition, provide alerts in case of risk of missing the target.

In order to reinforce compliance, the  person will be responsible to monitor and  drive initiatives, and follow up the required actions plan with key stakeholders.

He/she will be a key partner for the Procurement Master Data Architect.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Designing, improving, and maintaining procedures, guidelines, and tools related to the data area Designing and supporting the detection of inconsistencies in master data Providing training, guidance, and support to the Procurement Service Line and the BSA Procurement Leading and/or contributing to projects in the Procurement data domain.


 

Performance Management & Reporting Participate in the annual target settings in terms of KPI/OPI in line with the ambition for standardization, automation and compliance Master the KPI/OPI definitions and define the specification for IT requirement regarding indicators (BW adjustment, QS improvement) Organize and manage performance review for the Provisioning Service Unit to check performance, issues and corrective plans Monitor KPIs evolution and progress and to provide alerts in case of deviation Propose action and ensure a global follow up for performance improvement plans Build and contribute to standard report to reinforce performance and compliance Inform the internal customers, included Buyers, regularly about the performance of the services delivered Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all relevant internal and external Stakeholders


 

Compliance Monitor and control Procurement Compliance results based on standard reports, dashboard, reliable controls and alerts to drive compliance quality improvement Implement improvement compliance performance initiatives when required linked to procurement master data strategy and driving value generation Support the interface with Buyers for quantitative and qualitative aspects linked with compliance Propose and promote procedure improvements to Procurement Master Data Architect, and Service Owners Organize and manage meetings with the referent stakeholders to follow the compliance regarding Policies, service usage and performances Monitor Internal control results

 

Education and Experience

Degree in Purchasing, Business Management or Finance

Possess 3 to 5 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing domains

SAP BW reporting experience

 

Must-have skills

SAP MM, SAP BW, SAP SRM7, and Celonis experience 

Analytical skills and familiar with database and data crunching

Proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day to day organization

Customer-orientated with good level of problem-solving skills

Ability to interact with all levels in the organization

Strong collaboration skills

Service driven mindset and ability to be agile

 

Must-have language skills

Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
