Data Records Management Sr. Lead Analyst

The Data Records Management Group Manager - Structured Records & Legal Hold Review team lead is responsible for contributing to the identification and delivery of strategic structured data initiatives including legal hold review to ensure adherence to the enterprise Records Management Policy and Standards. The overall objective is to support Citi’s businesses and functions to comply effectively and efficiently, with the requirements of the Records Management Program.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to the Structured data agenda with regards to the development of scope, strategy and resource plans for Data Retention and Information Management
+ Support a multi-year program to drive Structured data change at the enterprise level
+ Develop and maintain relationships with partners across the Regions, Businesses and Functions to provide expert advice, and deliver on the requirements against the Data Retention and Information Management plans with a continuous focus on meeting and exceeding Records Management Policy and Standards
+ Ensure that the Functions’ records and information subject to record keeping requirements has been documented with its relevant lineage in line with the Data Operating Model framework
+ Identifying and governing the adoption of Citi’s Records Management Policy and Standards by third parties used by Businesses and Functions
+ Ensure all projects are adequately monitored to ensure timely completion and within allocated budgets
+ Maintain a holistic view of records and information management issues impacting the Functions
+ Develop and monitor relevant metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Records Management Program
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of overall business management experience in a complex, financial organization, with experience in Records, Data and Information Management highly preferred
+ Experience of managing and delivering solutions for Structured data is highly preferred.
+ Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities
+ Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
+ Demonstrates ability to lead global projects and initiatives
+ Attention to detail is a must, with excellent verbal, written and relationship skills to be used to interact with a global group
+ Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
+ Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
+ Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail
+ Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Organizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them
+ High degree of initiative and personal accountability, self-starter and highly motivated
+ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
**Education:**
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
