As the Data Registry Coordinator, you will identify patients for inclusion in Data Registries. You will collect, validate and submit reliable clinical data to the Data Registries while analyzing the data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Establishing and maintaining adequate workflow for data collection.
Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of data into the program's website and assuring the transmission of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines.
Analyzing the data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

Is familiar with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information.
Can schedule and manage tasks effectively.
Has organizational and multitasking skills.
Has written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare required or graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Certifications:
Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license may be required for some positions.
Complexity of Work:
Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information.
Work Experience:
Minimum five years of related experience.
Physical Requirements:
High degree of dexterity to produce material on a PC and normal or corrected vision to normal range.
Frequent sitting, standing and walking required.
Must possess ability to clearly communicate verbally by phone and in person.
May require some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
