Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in Delray Beach, Florida. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing data retrieval and analysis, becoming a subject matter expert for our electronic medical records system, and developing data solutions from various sources. This role will require strong communication skills as you will be a key liaison between upper management and the IT department. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize data retrieval processes • Conduct detailed data analysis to determine business needs • Become an expert in the organization's EMR/HER system and advocate for its adoption • Collaborate with the IT department to develop data solutions from multiple applications • Prepare and manage data reports for both internal and external stakeholders • Regularly upload and submit data as required • Ensure data security through proper access controls • Provide support and assistance to end-users of the EMR/HER system • Organize and manage training for new hires and ongoing training regarding the EMR/HER system • Participate in meetings, provide user support, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) is mandatory. • Should possess strong skills in Data Analysis. • Must be adept in using Data Analysis Tools. • Understanding and experience in Data Analytics is required. • Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is necessary. • Must have experience with EHR SYSTEM. • Proficiency in Ad Hoc Reporting is needed. • Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Data reporting. • Proficiency in Excel is required. • Experience with Access is necessary. • Must have working knowledge of Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
