Description We are in search of a Data Reporting Analyst to be a part of our team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves working within the Marketing/PR industry and involves utilizing tools such as Power Query, Power Automate and Data Lakes to streamline processes and optimize efficiency. This opportunity is a short term contract employment. Responsibilities: • Utilize Power Query and Power Automate to simplify and automate processes • Work with Data Lakes to manage and organize data effectively • Assist in the reduction of manual touchpoints in processes to increase efficiency • Contribute to projects aimed at improving business operations • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in the decision-making process • Maintain and manage customer credit applications and records • Address customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on the account status • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives • Ensure all work carried out aligns with user acceptance standards.
