Overview: The client develops and delivers standardized tests in more than 20 states across the U.S. The Score Reporting Team is responsible for delivering the results of the tests in online and/or paper format. They are pioneers in the design and building of reports using innovative, cutting-edge technology that are based on powerful, behind-the-scenes analysis of student test score data, making a real impact for teachers and students across the country. Our client delivers millions of students score reports each year. The quality control is critical to the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of these reports. The QC (quality control) process is essential to providing an excellent product to our clients and by extension to students, parents, and educators across the U.S. to help them understand their students' academic performance. We are currently seeking a Data Reporting QC Assistant - Centralized Reporting System to join our Score Reporting team. Responsibilities: The Data Reporting QC Assistant - Centralized Reporting System will have the following responsibilities: * Conducts rigorous quality assurance checks on systems data integration for all online reports across multiple clients * Analyze assessment result samples against the reporting specifications to ensure that the configuration has been done as per the rules documented in the specification document and the assessment results are accurate and do not contain any error * Document quality assurance results by entering information into Jira, recording detailed issues found * Communicate with management and other team members when issues are discovered and offer possible solutions to help correct any possible errors on the reports
