We strive to spread our Mamba Mentality and cultivate your professional and personal growth —join the team!  BLN24 is looking for an experienced Data Scientist   to join our team .  Key Responsibilities: + Support the design and development of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX), with a focus on intuitive data visualization solutions. + Implement statistical models and data processing systems in alignment with customer requirements and project specifications. + Collaborate with senior team members on road-mapping and system design, ensuring scalable and effective solutions. + Utilize Python and SQL to process, manipulate, and analyze data, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. + Assist in the development and testing of critical system components and features, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. + Apply industry-specific knowledge and thought leadership to inform customer projects and future planning, particularly related to information technology. + Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer objectives and project milestones. Required Skills/Abilities  & Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field. + 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on UI/UX, data visualization, statistical modeling, and data processing. + Expertise in Python and SQL for data handling, analysis, and system design. + Demonstrated ability to develop user-friendly and effective UI/UX designs, particularly in data visualization contexts. + Solid understanding of statistical models and how to apply them to business and data challenges. + Experience in data processing and developing efficient data pipelines. + Knowledge of machine learning concepts. + Demonstrated experience in supporting system design, road-mapping, and critical development tasks. + Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. + Ability to collaborate within a team and contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
