Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist to join our team based in Sarasota, Florida. This role involves working in the healthcare technology industry, where you will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of data using various statistical computer languages. Responsibilities: • Utilize statistical computer languages such as R, Python, SQL to process and analyze data. • Generate detailed reports on data analysis and present them to stakeholders. • Maintain and manage a database to ensure accurate and efficient data processing. • Utilize data analysis tools, including Tableau or Power BI, to visualize data and assist in decision-making processes. • Leverage Cloud Technologies and tools like Apache Kafka and Apache Spark to manage and process large sets of data. • Apply your scripting skills to manipulate data and automate tasks. • Use your knowledge in Python scripting and SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data. • Conduct statistical data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Implement data analytics to interpret data and provide strategic insights. • Ensure data security and confidentiality in all processes. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Apache Kafka and Apache Spark. • Proficiency in cloud technologies, including the design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-based applications. • Extensive experience in managing databases, with a strong understanding of database structures, principles, and best practices. • Analytics skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex data. • Proficiency in Python, with a focus on Python scripting for data manipulation and analysis. • Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. • Strong scripting skills, with the ability to automate routine tasks and improve data processing efficiency. • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including the use of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Proficiency in data analytics, including the ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data trends. • Strong understanding of statistical data analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data-driven insights to solve complex business problems. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
