Data Scientist
Description As a Data Scientist, you will analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and build data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design predictive models, create data visualizations, and develop algorithms that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: + Analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and trends. + Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms. + Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support decision-making. + Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. + Create and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. + Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support data accessibility. + Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively. + Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and integrate them into projects. Requirements + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred for research-intensive roles). + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia. + Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). + Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and hypothesis testing. + Experience with SQL and working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. + Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib. + Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Dask. + Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps workflows. + Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) techniques. + Experience in deploying models to production using tools like Docker or Kubernetes. + Certifications in data science or related technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics).
