Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Data Scientist in Fond Du Lac, WI!** Pay rate: $35/hr Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 730a-430p **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload resume!** Our ideal candidate for this **Data Scientist** must have/must be able to: + Defines and develops standard reports for key data metrics. + Builds complex reports and serves as an advisor to team members + Experience being self-directed in managing projects. + Assist with development of SharePoint processes and edit SharePoint content such as websites, graphics, etc. + Mining, cleansing and analyzing large data sets from multiple systems + Integrating with external data sources to discover interesting trends + Enhancing data collection processes to get the best data for consumption + Designing rich data visualizations to communicate complex information to a broad, diverse audience + Creates tools to store data effectively within the organization as well as maintaining data analytics platforms so that data can effectively be mined for information later + ISO coordination including coordinating corrective actions, internal audits, etc. Education/Certification Requirements: + Bachelors degree with courses in business, mathematics, statistics, or appropriate combination of education and experience required Experience requirements for this **Data Scientist:** + 4+ years of experience in creating, reporting from, and analyzing large datasets from multiple disparate sources, producing analytic reports for high-level audiences and presentation of information + Experience with building complex reports and managing projects + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously + Proficient with MS Office suite and Tableau + Strong communication and conflict management skills Note: **This role is On-Site;** thus, open to candidates near/in/around **Fond Du Lac, Wi!** As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
