Location: Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA.  Security Clearance Required: Current TS/SCI. Mission Impact: Be the driving force behind Air Combat Command’s (ACC) cutting-edge Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.

Required Qualifications

Clearance & Education:

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. **Additional experience in lieu of degree).

Technical Expertise:

Skilled in data extraction and analysis from COTS products.

Proficient in programming (e.g., Python, R) and machine learning toolkits.

Advanced problem-solving skills for unstructured datasets.

Intelligence Knowledge:

Experience with multi-domain or all-source intelligence.

Professional Skills:

Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.

Capable of presenting technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Training & Education:

Master’s degree.

Formal intelligence analysis training.

Specialized Knowledge:

Familiarity with U.S. national intelligence partners, non-linear workflows, and TTPs development.

Understanding of intelligence tradecraft (e.g., Activity Based Intelligence, Object Based Production, Anticipatory Posturing).

Knowledge of SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, or HUMINT collection and analysis.

Experience with Air Operations Center (AOC) or Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS).

Communication & Strategy:

Strong briefing and writing skills.

Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
