Main purpose of the position:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing state-of-the-art machine learning models and analytical solutions. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment, this position is perfect for you. Our team developed an innovative data-crunching chatbot using Langchain and built predictive models that simplify the lives of our facility managers. We are also experts in matching algorithms (anomaly detection) and RAG.

 

What you’ll do:

Examine data sets to evaluate their quality and determine their suitability for data science applications. Identify and implement the most effective analytical or machine learning solutions tailored to each project. Work according to the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) principle to ensure efficient and iterative development. Partner with data and machine learning engineers to deliver production-ready, AI-driven solutions using Azure Databricks and Azure DevOps environments. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI to contribute to the company’s innovation roadmap. Share knowledge and insights from your work to help build a data-driven culture within the organization.
 

Key qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, computer science, software engineering, or a related field, Professional experience developing analytical and machine learning solutions, Solid programming skills in Python, Prior experience of using Git for version control and IDEs (e.g. VSCode) would be an advantage Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS) and containerization technologies.
 

Personal skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong eagerness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
