Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications You Need: 15+ years of professional experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for AI/ML/Analytics projects. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Expertise in machine learning libraries and applications (e.g., Time Series Analysis, Neural Networks, SVMs, Boosting methods). Deep knowledge of deep learning techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs and the UX team. Intermediate knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Automation, Build Management, and Versioning. Understanding of cloud services, including Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS. Experience with LLM/Gen AI – Prompt Engineering, RAG, and parameter hypertuning. Experience with Pyspark is an added advantage.
