DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop campaign measurement plans and formalize short & long-term testing objectives. Drive partnership with marketing segment, product and channel managers to translate business goals into analytical requirements. Structure analytical experimental test designs & measurement plans for acquisition. Strengthen the engagement marketing programs. Develop experimental test designs consistent with the learning agenda, financial objectives and operational constraints. Use marketing data from multiple sources and build advanced querying, data aggregation & descriptive analytical techniques to build analytical forecasts, scenarios & insights for campaigns to help optimize the marketing budget. Leverage data visualization techniques to present analytical insights to stakeholders and business unit leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Physics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Data Processor or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Python; SAS; SQL; R; driving business decisions via statistical analysis; Data Querying including Wrangling & Analysis; Financial Profitability analysis including ROI; Data Visualization with Tableau and PowerPoint.
