The Data Service Lead must navigate complex regulatory landscapes, uphold data quality standards, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance Mars Petcare’s data capabilities and competitive edge.

The Data Service Manager develops and implements the strategy for delivering data services that align with business goals and create value across marketing, sales, and other departments. She/he manages the end-to-end lifecycle of these services, collaborating with the Data Foundation team and business stakeholders to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance with governance standards.
This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, engaging closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and drive innovative solutions. By delivering high-performing, future-ready data services, the Data Service Manager empowers the organization to make data-driven decisions and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualifications
Master Degree or Equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge / Experience
