PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support our logistics operations in Coppell, TX. In this role, you'll be essential to ensuring the smooth processing of aerospace materials, verifying shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Location: Coppell, TX 75019 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Pay Rate: $14.39 - $17.27 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Consultant (6 months) What You’ll Do

As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will:

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for identification and damage Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately Package and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery Maintain inventory of shipping and receiving supplies Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, etc.) Follow safety and compliance regulations, including OSHA and hazardous materials procedures What You Bring

Basic Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving role Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly Strong math skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems Willingness to operate or learn material handling equipment This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and international shipping procedures Knowledge of packaging procedures for technical data (CD-ROMs, discs, web, etc.) Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) and hazardous materials handling Why Join PDS Tech Commercial? Pay Details: $14.39 to $17.27 per hour
