 JOB SUMMARY

Candidates applying for this position should have strong communication skills, data analysis skills and some basic knowledge of reporting concepts.  Understanding of politics and knowledge of political districts and representations is a plus. 

The candidate will use Internal CRM (Customer Relations Management systems to perform most of the daily activities related to tracking membership engagement, mobilizations, Political Action contributions, and all aspects of tracking political and non-political campaigns. The candidate will also have the ability to conduct on-going trainings on the use of Our CRMs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Using and maintaining data systems to track membership engagement and mobilization efforts (member roles, communication, encounters, attendance in rallies, meeting etc.) Maintaining member profile records in our primary CRM system Coordinating and tracking campaigns in (attendance lists , tracking structure, generating maps, walk lists,) Setting goals, reporting campaign progress, Queering the system and running reports as requested Employer list and charting of facility, work locations Building walk lists and district lists based on membership location. Assisting Officers, Directors, Administrative Organizers and Political Organizer with membership mobilization activities including event planning, site coordination Planning and tracking campaigns, member surveys, etc. Creating maps supporting all aspects of campaigns In coordination with Political Action Department, maintain elected official database. Analyzing data and running statistics based on and demographic information.

SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

Organization, event planning, and coordination of large campaign efforts Ability to work towards deadline and campaign based timelines Basic knowledge data structures and statistical functions Research methods, data analysis, and mathematic skills Knowledge of writing “logic” statements to build filters in One Voice Microsoft Excel with intermediate to advanced skills to utilize functions to build stand alone databases to track specific information pulled from One Voice
