Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Data Specialist to support one of our Banking clients. The Data Specialist will ideally have experience in banking or financial services, along with strong SQL, Power BI and analytical reporting skills. This person will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Banking teams incentive and scorecard processes there are over 500 employees in the commercial organization, and this person will be responsible for researching, answering questions and emails, ensuring accounts are booked correctly in their systems. The other part of this job will require maintenance of the Power BI dashboards ensuring data is up to date on a daily basis, as the business is using the reporting dashboard to meet their business goals. This person does not need to have experience analyzing incentive plans, however you must be able and willing to learn quickly. Having experience with Bdeaver would be a plus, as quite a bit of their SQL work is done with that. Treasury management would also be a plus.
