Job Description A large staffing company is looking for a Data Steward to business units that use the Salesforce Application. They will be responsible for taking requests that come through their system from different business units to manage the quality of data in Salesforce or create and change data lister for customers. They will also be responsible for managing and ensuring the quality, integrity, and governance of data within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role includes working closely with the business unit to monitor, and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures. Additional Responsibilities   Data Quality Management:    Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of Salesforce data.    Implement data validation and cleaning processes to ensure data accuracy.    Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.   Data Governance:    Develop and enforce data governance policies, including data access, data classification, and data privacy in line with organizational guidelines.    Establish and maintain data stewardship standards for Salesforce data, ensuring it aligns with broader corporate data governance initiatives.   Collaboration and Support:    Act as a point of contact for data-related questions, issues, and enhancements related to the Salesforce application.    Provide training and guidance to business users and other stakeholders on data entry, maintenance, and best practices in Salesforce.   Data access: Review and approve requests for access to data Create and implemen Data policies, standards and procedures, We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 3+ years as a Data Steward    Strong Salesforve knowledge preferably in a data management or stewardship capacity.    Knowledge of other ERPs (SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle)    Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce,    Experience in managing large datasets and working with Salesforce data structures, including custom objects and fields.
