Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Data Systems Analyst who is agile and innovative to join us in our Insight-to-Impact (I2I) Patient Impact Team, based at our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
The Data System Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that technical processes are set up and maintained optimally. Managing dataflows efficiently to establish a foundation for superior data quality. You will also be relied on to ask questions, connect the dots, and uncover hidden opportunities for realizing the data’s full potential.
Who you’ll work with
You will work very closely with IT and Insights-to-Impact Teams, in areas of; reporting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Advanced Analytics and Digital Business Transformation (DBT). You’ll also support technical and non technical colleagues.
What you’ll do
Map out all the data flows across all systems (Veeva CRM, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Denodo, Octopaï) and flag areas of improvement.Understand all deliverables and business challenges (data quality, reporting) that Business Analysts, Reporting team, and Advanced Analytics teams are facing.Work together with IT or Partners, to provide solutions that will address the problems in a fundamental way.Define, implement, and monitor the solutions (corrective and preventive) being implemented.Ensure data lineage across systems for better data governance.Analyze the impact of new CRM releases on Qlik Sense and/or Power BI reports and propose solutions to minimize disruptions.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, or in an environment where data analytics was your main scope, preferable in a sales and marketing environment (CRM, Advanced Analytics, Digital Assistant, DBT).Pharma experience and working in an international environment would be advantageous.Excellent understanding of API’s, Data Systems, System Architecture, and Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Denodo).You are passionate about Data Analytics and have hands-on experience with data science tools.Programming language experience (SQL, Python, or R) is required.Entrepreneurial mindset to drive solutions.
