The individual will work closely with SVP - D&T, market leadership, brokers, consultants, research, marketing, and sales management teams to plan for Market Canvas, roll out Market Canvas, train and advise users on how to best leverage Market Canvas with clients, and push user, client feedback to the core Product team around feedback and prioritization of the roadmap. The role will primarily focus on relationship building with users across the organization, and ensuring those users have the necessary understanding, documentation, and training to leverage Market Canvas for their custom use. What you’ll do + Own and drive the analytical output expansion within Market Canvas; the individual would have deep analytics’ expertise so that upon engagement with a broker, research, or market leader, could easily evolve our analytics’ offering within the Product, for those end users. + Train and guide the end user, on how to the best use and activate Market Canvas in the market; the individual would play a crucial part in our go-to-market initiatives, by training end users on how to best promote and present Market Canvas, for specific client use cases. + Establish and supervise all critical metrics associated with data progress, user adoption and engagement, and go-to-market outcomes. + Foster the technical Product team members with prioritized user suggestions and initiatives, that has the potential to alter the product roadmap. + Partner with our Product Lead for Data Advancement, Data Engineering, Data Experience, and Experiential Tech, to establish product roadmap and ensure that roadmap is deeply aligned with leadership and users across the platform. Training and Support for Digital Products: + Align with Key Collaborators: Collaborate closely with local market leadership, brokers, consultants, research teams, marketing, and sales management to ensure alignment and adoption of Market Canvas. This includes understanding their unique needs and challenges, tailoring training and support to help them leverage these tools optimally in their daily operations. + Deliver Comprehensive Training: Develop and deliver detailed training materials that guide users on standard methodologies, sophisticated features, and the strategic use of Market Canvas. Offer hands-on training sessions and continuous support to teams across functions to become proficient and confident users of Market Canvas, and thus improving their productivity and the product’s impact. + Offer Guidance to Business Development Use: Work alongside key collaborators in business development efforts by enhancing the analytical environment and then providing guidance and training on how to best deliver those insights and data-driven recommendations outward, thus solidifying how Market Canvas can be a powerful tool in engaging our clients and expanding those relationships. Product Roadmap and Strategy Development: + Collaborating with Stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, market leaders, and the Digital & Technology (D&T) team, to ensure the Market Canvas product roadmap aligns with the evolving needs of the market. This includes gathering feedback, prioritizing features, and making strategic decisions that enhance the product’s value proposition. + Leading Product Strategy: Serve as a critical leader in defining the product strategy, guiding the development and prioritization of the product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and technological advancements. Ensure that the product remains driven and continues to deliver value over time. Stakeholder Management (Customer Success) Responsibilities + Drive Customer Success Responsibilities: Take ownership of stakeholder management, focusing on building strong relationships with market leadership, brokers, consultants, research teams, marketing, and sales management. This includes regularly presenting updates, sharing the product roadmap, and providing informative resources on new data enhancements. + Educate Stakeholders: Actively educate stakeholders on the capabilities and possibilities offered by Market Canvas, especially in terms of data-driven insights. Conduct training sessions on how to optimally use new data features to enhance client interactions and prospecting efforts. This includes enabling the use of the Experience Center, and troubleshooting the software and hardware. + Emphasize Feedback & Collaboration: Foster an environment where collaborators are encouraged to actively contribute their ideas and feedback to ensure the product meets their needs. Use this feedback to drive improvements and innovations in the product, making sure it evolves in line with market demands. + Promote Product Adoption: Act as a champion for Market Canvas within the market, promoting its benefits and encouraging widespread adoption. This requires a deep understanding of the product, the data it requires, and the critical importance of capturing and maintaining high-quality data. Analytics’ Enhancement: + Partner with Users: Collaborate with teams to educate those users when new data sources and sets are brought into the environment. Help users to understand that data and most importantly how to use those analytics and when for specific client use cases. + Create Custom Analytics and Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with Market Leaders and Research teams to provide custom analytics that supports sales management, greenfield opportunities, recruitment strategies, and client development initiatives. Use these insights to drive strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities that align with organizational goals. What you’ll need + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-7 years of proven experience across CRE. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Relevant experience of utilizing data to enhance platforms and product development cycles. + Relevant Product, data leadership & team management experience. + Complete, in-depth understanding of the software/technology development lifecycle. + Proven track record leading product adoption and enablement initiatives with successful outcomes. + Strong understanding of CRE industry participants and empathy for each of their current and future end user experiences. + Strong communicator – able to communicate a narrative that aligns the use of data with a company’s overall commercial strategy. + Excellent relationship builder. + Deep command of analytics products (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) Why CBRE? CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data & Technology Product Manager position is $130,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Data & Technology Product Manager position is $170,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
