**Job Overview:**
Finance Integration team delivers technology solutions and key global platforms for Finance. These solutions enable Citi to comply with regulatory mandates and empower our businesses to achieve their goals, both current and long-term. Our products and initiatives adhere to Citi’s strategic architecture and support the end-to-end integration of multiple global functions within the bank including Finance, Risk, Treasury, Information Security, Compliance Metrics, Audit, Assessments and Controls across the entire bank.
Data Transformation Lead is a senior management level position responsible for all data transformation across data services streams and Treasury data consumers working on programs that drive forward delivery across data acquisition and data consumption for enterprise strategies and technology roadmap. This person will be accountable for 1) managing and implementing data demands for Treasury related regulatory programs i.e. NSFR, 2) working with Treasury data consumers to meet their ongoing management and regulatory reporting requirements e.g. 2052a, ILST for Treasury and 3) transformation programs for data services enterprise change.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team.
+ Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results.
+ Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within data warehouse / data lake management and other related areas to build interfaces and resolve issues.
+ Validate detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution and rollout of these solutions. Responsible for the application meeting project specifications and client’s expectations
+ Ensure teams understand business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address the gaps.
+ Structure and execute process improvements in the work streams and deliverables; anticipate issues and put in place mitigation strategies; readily recognize dependencies and connectivity across work streams.
+ Integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve established goals.
+ Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources.
+ Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years’ experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), core data management, data quality and governance experience.
+ 6 + years of experience in Financial Services required.
+ Demonstrate leadership in managing large and complex regulatory and data transformation programs.
+ Good knowledge of Financial and Liquidity reports.
+ Understanding of Wholesale products including Global Markets, Commercial Banking and Services.
+ 5+years with Business Analyst experience and be able to take technical and functional specifications documents written by technology teams.
+ 5+ years defining use cases to articulate new functional software needs and the roles of each class of application usage.
+ 2+years’ experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
+ 5+ years’ experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI for reporting and metrics.
+ Very strong written and oral executive communication skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree a must, Masters preferred.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with General Ledger, Risk and P&L teams to define end state strategic business architecture and solutions.
+ Act as an anchor point for all the business and data solutions, ensuring alignment to the business vision.
+ Provide thought leadership in defining reconciliation and control for risk, liquidity, and P&L processes.
+ Liaise with front office teams and systems to ensure data alignment.
+ Drive priorities, program management, budgeting, risk & control, audits, vendor management, and overall delivery/governance while balancing risks and change complexities Services, Banking and Markets businesses.
+ Manage execution of data operating model for Finance reports.
+ Devise and execute a comprehensive data strategy focusing on Data Quality dimensions via well-defined Functional Requirements for seamlessly technology implementation impacting multiple sectors.
+ Manage Data Quality and Functional Requirements team of 20 Employees /60 Non-Employees across Services, Banking and Markets products.
+ Interact with wide spectrum users (data producers, data consumers) to implement data operating model steps to resolve critical data issues with Finance reports e.g. Y14, RWA Basel, Treasury, Y9C etc.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to take forward data strategies and be engaged with them continuously to support new data demand onboarding to the Data fabric.
+ Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures given the scale of Citi’s system and data landscape including data acquisition, CDO and technical teams, the ideal person will have very good mix of functional and technical skills to implement solution for data provisioning, data governance and data consumption for all regulatory and management reports.
+ Validate detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution and rollout of these solutions. Responsible for the application meeting project specifications and client’s expectations
+ Work as function/product Lead with active role in handling stakeholders from CDO, Finance, Services, Banking and Markets businesses.
+ Lead data governance engagements including lineage, defining DQ rules, reporting and analytics on data.

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
