The role
As a Data Transformation Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Joining our Babcock Corporate Services division, you will bring your expertise in data migration and transformation using either Microsoft or SAP technologies. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end data migration processes associated with various programs.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality and implementing data cleansing methodologies.

 

Manage the tools, support, and maintenance of integration processes. Work with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Microsoft ETL toolsets and SAP BODS (Business Objects Data Services) to design, develop, and support end-to-end data migration processes. Design and implement data quality and data cleansing requirements and methodologies. Maintain and support corporate ETL & data migration solutions on Microsoft and SAP platforms.

 

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is fully remote.

 

Essential experience of the Data Transformation Specialist:

Data modelling and data architecture skills using SSIS, other Microsoft ETL toolsets and SAP BODS. Expertise in data extraction processes and SSIS or SAP BODS, ABAP, LSMW job development. Experience in challenging and complex organizations, contributing to technical change. Understanding and writing ETL specifications and delivering technical solutions. Experience designing and/or delivering SSIS or BODS/ABAP ETL solutions and programs.

 

Qualifications for the Data Transformation Specialist:
