Description Local Non-Profit seeking support for 3-4 months. As a Data Validation Assistant, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of data, as well as the application of advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities: • Ensuring data accuracy and quality imported into Salesforce. • Utilizing advanced Excel skills for various tasks such as data validation and sorting. • Applying VLOOKUP and Power Pivot for data manipulation and analysis. • Implementing conditional formatting to enhance data visualization and readability. • Using Index Match function for complex lookups across data sets. • Documenting findings meticulously and communicating effectively regarding these insights. • Managing data entry into the Access Database, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required • Proficiency in Office Suite, specifically in Excel and Access • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Excel functions such as Index Match, Conditional Formatting, Power Pivot, and VLOOKUP • Demonstrated experience with Data Validation processes • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities, and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred • Familiarity with data analysis principles and best practices.
