You Are:

We are seeking a skilled Data Visualization and Analytics Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid role, spending part of the week on-site in downtown Toronto, and the rest remotely. You will utilize Tableau, Power BI, and ServiceNow to create impactful dashboards, performance analytics, and reports. Proficiency in Python for data automation and analysis is essential. Experience with IAM and financial services will be advantageous.

 

The opportunity:

·       Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to provide actionable insights.

·       Leverage ServiceNow to create and manage dashboards and performance analytics to optimize business operations.

·       Write, maintain, and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and reporting.

·       Collaborate with business and IT teams to define requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

·       Continuously improve reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and clarity.

·       Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to key stakeholders.

·       Troubleshoot and monitor the performance of dashboards and reports in real-time systems.

·       Support data governance efforts to ensure consistency and integrity in analytics and reporting practices.

·       Hybrid-In office/remote

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       3-5 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.

·       Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI; experience with both is a plus.

·       Experience with ServiceNow for creating dashboards and performance analytics.

·       Strong proficiency in Python (3-5 years of experience).

·       Ability to work in a hybrid role with on-site presence in downtown Toronto.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Strong communication skills, able to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

·       Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with PySpark for big data processing.

·       Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and processes.

·       Previous experience in the financial services sector.

·       Additional Qualities: Proactive, self-motivated learner who is passionate about data-driven decision-making.

·       Strong collaboration and team-working skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Ontario

Compensation Range: $98,000-$120,000

 

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
