We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Visualization Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, querying, and visualization. As a Data Visualization Engineer , you will play a critical role in transforming data into visually compelling and actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive and visually impactful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends to support business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to identify key performance metrics and data needs.Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including CRM systems (Salesforce), to develop a unified view of business performance.Optimize and automate data workflows and visualization processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Present data-driven insights to stakeholders at various levels, providing recommendations for process improvements and strategy optimization.Maintain and update existing dashboards and visualizations to ensure accuracy and relevancy of data over time.Ensure data integrity and quality throughout all visualization and reporting processes.Train and support internal teams on best practices for data visualization and Tableau usage.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on experience in data visualization, reporting, and analytics.Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce CRM, and experience integrating CRM data into visual reports.Solid understanding of data storytelling, design principles, and user-centered design in dashboard creation.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
