Engineer the data storage platform and its operations for the Cash Equities Trading platform.Drive data accuracy, completeness and timeliness checks for the platform.Develop and execute strategies for efficient data storage, retrieval, and integration.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements.Managing operations of an end-to-end Data platform, assessing the operations and non-functional needs clearly.Mentor and Coach the engineering and SME talent to realize their potential and build a high-performance team.Improve the platform standards by bringing in new ideas and solutions on the table.

10 years of experience in data warehouse technology and tools.Must have experience with SQL / NoSQL querying analytical querying for advanced and complex data extractions.Experience with data-pipeline processing technology stack, dataflow, Beam etc.Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL etc).Experience with analytical data store optimizations, querying and managing them.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Set highest standards of integrity and ethics and lead with examples on technology implementations.
