The job profile for this position is Database Administration Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.
Requirements:
Create databases in multiple environments as determined by business needs. Support application releases through manual and automated processes.
Ensure stability of database environments through the implementation of backup, recovery, and alert functionality.
Support day-to-day requests from the application team, which includes database loads, creation of IDs, database backups/refreshes, and performance tuning. Create and/or enhance internal processes for database creation and support. Troubleshoot database performance problems and implement resolutions.

Qualifications:
Position requires a master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in any IT role, or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in any IT role.
Must have experience with: Oracle database administration with multi-tenant architecture; database standard concepts, practices, and procedures; Oracle 19c experience with latest tuning and optimization techniques; Oracle DB upgrade experience with Oracle 12c & 19c; relational and dimensional data-modeling; designing and developing new databases and schemas; Splunk; Dynatrace; TOAD; and Putty.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
