Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Database Administrator in the non-profit industry, located in Sarasota, Florida. As a Database Administrator, you will be entrusted with the management and optimization of complex databases, ensuring smooth and efficient data management. Responsibilities: • Administering and optimizing complex databases to ensure efficient functionality and usage. • Utilizing "Raiser's Edge" for specific database management tasks. • Leveraging Salesforce Marketing tools to enhance database operations. • Ensuring accurate data entry across all databases. • Using Microsoft Office 365 tools to support administrative tasks. • Creating and managing web forms for data collection and entry. • Monitoring and maintaining accurate customer credit records. • Processing customer credit applications with high accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Optimization is a must, ideally within a non-profit context. • Extensive experience in Database Administration is required. • Proficiency in using "Raiser's Edge" software is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing is necessary. • Must possess strong skills in Data Management. • Hands-on experience with Computer Databases is essential. • Ability to manage and navigate Complex Databases. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 for various administrative tasks. • Must have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
