Database Administrator III

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Database Administrator III to join their team. As a Database Administrator III, you will be part of the Database Administration team supporting modernization and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Database Administrator III
**Location:** Madison, WI (Hybrid - 95% Remote, 5% Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $49 - $51/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Design, implement, and manage databases to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, security, and availability.
+ Support Oracle Data Warehouse database schemas including reverse and forward engineering of data structures.
+ Create and edit PLSQL statements to support application development teams.
+ Write and support Linux & Windows CMD Shell Scripts.
+ Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and validate changes to database schemas.
**What's Needed?**
+ 8+ years of experience with Oracle Data Warehouse database schemas.
+ 4+ years of experience creating and editing PLSQL statements.
+ 1+ year of experience supporting application databases hosted on Exadata Oracle version 19c.
+ 4+ years of experience writing and supporting Linux & Windows CMD Shell Scripts.
+ Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
