Description We are in search of a Database Analyst to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This role is integral to our operations, where you will be tasked with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets. Your insights will provide valuable support to our business decision-making process. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Validate, clean, and preprocess data to ensure its accuracy and consistency. • Use statistical methods, tools, and techniques to analyze data, uncovering trends and patterns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and challenges. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to business goals. • Utilize Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings. • Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party tools. • Offer recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes. • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data privacy standards. • Manage and maintain data documentation and workflows for future reference. Requirements • Proven experience and proficiency in CRM systems. • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Database Objects. • Advanced skills in managing Database Systems. • Proficiency in using DB2 Database. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Experience in AB Testing, with an ability to analyze and interpret results. • Familiarity with various Backup Technologies. • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques. • Ability to create and manage dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
