Complete Description:  Position will serve as Data Architect designing the data tier for systems with an emphasis on geospatial data.  Responsibilities include:
• Develop geospatial data models• Meet with business owners and developers to understand data requirements and project needs• Design, develop and manipulate databases• Create scripts to promote data through development, test, and production environments• Design and implement data views and triggers• Develop, implement, and monitor data update processes• Create and maintain central registry of metadata• Document existing data workflows and update processes• Manage data maintenance calendar for data updates• Coordinate with DBA for database monitoring, event management, and incident response• Troubleshoot database performance incidents• Coordinate with Enterprise Geospatial Architect and DBA to integrate a variety of data sources into Enterprise Geospatial Data Warehouse• Provide support for application development teams for the integration of geospatial data
