Database / CMM System Administrator
Summary/Objective EnviroSmart has a current need for a full-time candidate to manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and information database on a facility operation support services contract at a Federal law enforcement training facility in Clinton, MD. Facility consists of multiple administrative, training, and support structures spread over a 300+ acre campus. Infrastructure and assets include indoor firing ranges and associated target, bullet trap, and ventilation systems; building structural components such as roofing and flooring; real property installed equipment such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, conveyance, and life safety systems; HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and roof top units; and fuel systems including storage tanks. We provide a wide-variety IDIQ facility operations and support services including management, labor, supervision, administration, and technical support, equipment, transportation, materials and repair parts for the facilities operations support contract at FLETC Cheltenham. This CMMS position will receive, log, distribute, and manage the service calls for routine and non-routine maintenance requirements on a daily basis. We are responsible for operating and maintaining the building to include both normal circumstances and contingencies. The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) package will be developed to automate the Operations, Maintenance and Repair record keeping requirements. Position Duties: + Developing and maintaining infrastructure improvement and maintenance plans; + Performing facility inspections to provide comprehensive facility condition assessments; + Overseeing completion of complex infrastructure or asset repair/replacement projects with in-house staff or subcontractors; + Planning work activities, developing budgets, and expending funds within established limits to meet maintenance goals; + Supervising the work of skilled trades and general maintenance workers; + Reviewing and approving subcontractor proposals; and + Overseeing the quality of services and products provided Required Eligibility Qualifications + Experience in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); + Ability to secure a Government clearance in a timely manner – requires a CLEAN background history; + Proficiency using MS Office (including MS Word and Excel) and excellent verbal and written communication skills; + High level of professionalism for client interaction; + Expertise with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or other building systems is highly desirable; + Experience with WebTMA a plus; + Valid Driver’s License with Clean driving Record; + Strong leadership and management skills; + Strong client relations skills + Demonstrated ability to effectively manage information and database entry; + Integrity and strong communication skills *Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a cover letter, resume, and salary requirements as soon as possible.
