Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Database Developer in Missouri City, Texas. You'll be working within the Cloud Technologies industry, using your skills with Database Object, Informatica, MapR, Microsoft SQL Server, AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document, Create Dashboards, and Data Sources. Responsibilities: • Analyze the needs of our organization and design effective database systems in accordance with these requirements. • Conduct thorough data collection and analysis procedures. • Develop and implement algorithm designs and flowcharts. • Ensure the accurate processing and efficient execution of customer credit applications. • Maintain customer credit records with utmost precision. • Handle customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action when required. • Conduct performance testing procedures to ensure the database operates properly and is free from errors. • Troubleshoot any potential problems, rectify errors, and re-test the code. • Assemble an operational manual as the database is developed, documenting the system and noting any changes or improvements. • Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate the modules once the databases are ready and the front-end development is complete. • Test the integrated code, fix any errors, and submit test reports and database improvement suggestions. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is a must. • Capable of working with Database Objects. • Experience in Informatica is highly desirable. • Familiarity with MapR is an advantage. • Must be adept at using Microsoft SQL Server. • Possess skills in AB Testing. • Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI). • Ability to create and comprehend Business Requirement Documents. • Proficient in creating dashboards. • Ability to handle multiple data sources efficiently.
