JOB SUMMARY:
The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, designing, evaluating, implementing, and analyzing marketing promotions for The Nash Casino.
SCOPE:
The Database Marketing Manager will maintain customer databases, utilize data analytics to optimize direct and interactive campaigns, and create custom reporting for management. The Database Marketing Manager must work well as part of a team and must be flexible with their schedule. Committed to our culture, and actively supports all BIG Service initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strategies for targeted marketing campaigns. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Extracting data, performing analyses, and creating reports. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate database marketing initiatives and manage data integration. Maintain and monitor multiple databases. Monitoring and optimizing campaign efficiency. Ensures integrity of database system by developing, documenting, and enforcing security procedures and access controls. Maintains current knowledge of database technology developments through seminars, publications, and training courses. Consulting with vendors for database-related matters, as required. Assisting with or managing special projects as assigned. To provide BIG Service to internal guests and ensure their complete satisfaction, inclusive of greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset. The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors. The ability and willingness to ensure that work activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The ability to work safely. This includes clearly understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintain regular attendance in accordance with the Time and Attendance policy. Maintain professionalism and a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the workday. Assist with training/mentoring of new Team Members as requested. Maintain all appearance standards in accordance with established uniform and appearance guidelines. Inform the manager on duty of any irregularities and unusual situations when they occur. Ability to keep a friendly, calm, and helpful demeanor in high-stress situations and a continuously fast-paced environment. Is honest in all interactions and displays a high degree of integrity. Maintains confidentiality as related to all department and property information. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision or as part of a team is required. Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS:
Must demonstrate the ability to successfully represent the company and the brand in all interactions. Highly motivated, self-directed and an organized approach to the role is key.

Position Reports To: Director of Marketing & Charity
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or related field. At least 2 years of database marketing and data analysis. Experience using data analysis tools, including SQL. Ability to manage a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Attention to detail is required plus the ability to multi-task and have strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Computer proficient and possess strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks. Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy. Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
