Our client, a leader in cloud computing technologies, is seeking a Technical Support Tech I to join their team. As a Datacenter Hardware RepairTech I, you will be part of the Datacenter Hardware Repair Technician team supporting hardware repair and troubleshooting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Datacenter Hardware Repair Technician**
**Location: New Albany, Ohio**
**Pay Range: $25 per hour**
(NIGHT SHIFT)
**What's the Job?**
+ Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
+ Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.
+ Utilize command line diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
+ Collaborate with team members to enhance inter and intra-team development.
+ Communicate advanced technical information effectively to individuals with varying levels of technical knowledge.
**What's Needed?**
+ Hands on experience with computer hardware repair and troubleshooting
+ CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications desired
+ Technical aptitude and a solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices.
+ Good situational awareness and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and business needs.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.
+ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, on an alternating weeks schedule.
+ Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
