**Job Description:** + We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DataCenter Real Estate Category Manager to join our procurement team. This position will be responsible for managing indirect spend sourcing activities related to the real estate and data center category. The ideal candidate will have expertise in procurement, contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, and managing relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders. The Category Manager will play a critical role in ensuring cost optimization, supplier performance, and aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives for our data center real estate operations. **Responsibilities:** + Execute sourcing strategies for a portfolio of indirect spend categories, based on the category strategy. + Support contract negotiations and execution with suppliers. + Support supplier relationship management. + Manage projects around process development (real estate portfolio management) related to indirect spend sourcing. + Prepare and present reports to management pertaining to category progress and health. **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience in indirect spend sourcing, warehouse real estate and category management. + Proven track record of success in executing sourcing strategies. + Formal project management experience is a plus (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, etc.) + Real Estate licence or certification. + Legal expertise/experience. + Strong negotiation and contract management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
