**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Dayporter, you will perform basic maintenance tasks. This includes housekeeping, occupancy, and custodial duties.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Maintain cleanliness of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and shared areas.
+ Perform physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
+ Organize inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are stocked.
+ Respond to employee desk and office lockouts and manages replacement keys.
+ Follow government and company regulations related to building operations and work safety.
+ Complete general labor work as assigned. This includes office furniture repairs, replacing ceiling and carpet tile, and ad hoc requests.
+ Assist internal employees with office space relocation by delivering and collecting packing supplies.
+ Help maintenance staff, engineers, and company vendors with special projects as needed. Review work upon completion of a project to ensure all deliverables are achieved.
+ Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders. Must be able to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
